We had a couples spa experience. Personally I had a 55 minute facial, my husband had a 55 minute full body massage.
Our therapists were fantastic. My facial was one of the best I've experienced with beautiful products. I actually purchased some, something I've never felt I've wanted to do before. We went for the lunch option rather than the afternoon tea. The quality of the food was fantastic. Would definitely return and would most certainly recommend.

Spa with massage and afternoon tea was ok. Didn’t feel overly relaxing and wasn’t a warm welcoming atmosphere. Pool area is quite tired and minimal staff in restaurant meant long waits. Afternoon tea for allergy had very dry hard scones. Massage was ok, too much oil and not enough attention to knots even when mentioned to masseuse. Pleasant day but probably wouldn’t visit again.
Relaxing Massage
First time at this Spa, myself and two friends. Reception staff in Spa not very attentive, not shown where the gym was, not told where to put used towels etc, we were directed to the changing rooms and told someone would collect us at treatment time. Two of us found the robes too small, I asked the Spa receptionist for a larger one, she changed it but for one of the same size, told me they were all the same size! So if you are a size 14 or smaller you should be ok! Would not return here.
