On arrival staff were friendly. Lady doing my waxing was chatty, but it was like nothing I have ever had before! I'm no expert and kept thinking I'm sure she knows what she is doing but do wish I had stopped the treatment. My legs were waxed in small spot like patched and my full bikini was the most painful experience I've ever had - and I've had a few waxes over the years - I just wanted it to finish as quickly as possible so I could leave! Once home I headed straight to buy a home waxing kit to tidy up the un-waxed patches on my legs. I do have pretty fair hair on my legs but the end result was ridiculous! I did not complain at the time nor subsequently but will not return. It was a little while ago now so staff may have changed, the choice to visit is yours.
