I had the best experience at the Colour Lounge. I loved seeing how everyone got along and the experienced staff had so much patience for the trainees, it was such a beautiful natural dynamic and people sang along with the music from the radio, it really create a lovely atmosphere. I loved the consultation and the attention to detail for what I requested, could not be happier with the end result. My hair feels refreshed and so smooth. I could not recommend this place more, will definitely be back

I was very impressed with the treatment I had felt very comfortable and the stylist was really chatty and I was offered a coffee as soon as I arrived will be definitely going there again and to top it off they offer over 60s cheaper deals

Very disappointed with my experience at this salon. My consultation was handled by someone other than the person I booked with. On treatment day, I was assigned to a trainee without being informed. The haircut was painful despite me mentioning my sensitive scalp, and the stylist was dismissive. They also tried to charge me full price, forgetting my advance payment until I showed proof. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and careless. I wouldn’t recommend this salon at all.
