Saturday 2nd august with Ben, With a promise of leaving with my desired results.
I did not get what I asked for and when confronted I got an unprofessional attitude, speaking about himself and not my hair, also my dress was ruined because I was not gowned correctly for a colour (I learnt to late given that I’m not the hairdresser).I was offended a measly £10credit! Ben says he can get me my desired result in another appt at the cost of £73! I DID NOT ASK FOR A BLACK OMBRÉ! £185 wasted!
Booked a curly cut turned up 2 days earlier than my appointment lol but they fitted me in anyway all the staff were very friendly and Benjamin talked me through what he was doing and the best way to treat my hair going forward. Lovely cut and has been very easy to look after since. I would highly recommend.

I booked an appointment after a negative experience at another salon so was a little worried.
I immediately had a warm welcome. Lywis and Morgan took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave really helpful suggestions. I was well informed every step of the way and was given lots of opportunities to change my mind or tweak things. I got the impression that they were both knowledgeable, highly skilled and loved their craft and I left very happy with my new hair. Thanks so much!
