My haircut was wonky about an inch different each side. Didn’t realise in the salon as it was bouncy blow dried only realised when I washed it. Had to get someone else to straighten it up. Given the amazing reviews I was really disappointed. Benjamin was lovely to talk to but I wouldn’t come back to have my hair cut
