Lywis was very friendly, welcoming, explained every step of the cut and the reasoning behind it. He has a great sense of humour and I enjoyed my time there for a change as opposed to the awkward, white-knuckled experiences of the past hairdressers I have tried. The atmosphere and staff are welcoming and lovely. I didn't feel out of place there and it was refreshing to be able to be me. Morgan, the young lady who washed my hair, was equally lovely and a joy to chat with. Thank you all

I booked the appointment with Benjamin for my sister as a treat. She explained later that he was lovely, that he went through the style he thought suited her hair type and how to look after it.
She said it was a good atmosphere in the salon and felt very welcome. We have been looking for a hairdresser with so many failed attempts from imbalanced cuts to burnt hair. We are happy to have tried The Colour Lounge and hope that our hunt is finally over. Many thanks to Benjamin

As always, Lywis was lovely while doing my hair! He is clearly confident in his work and knows how to communicate with a client so you always leave happy with your hair. He has become one of my favourite people since visiting The Colour Lounge and I can't recommend him enough! 🖤💜🖤
