2nd time for a colour - Benjamin was thorough, right at the end before styling, he noticed one small section at the front was too light as the toner didn't quite reach and he refused to leave it like that. It was re-done to match the rest of my hair. His thoroughness is one of the many qualities he has and I couldn't be happier as left super happy.
