Offered tea or coffee as soon as I got there (I was early, but it worked out because Lywis was ready early too). Staff really friendly, thorough, explained every step to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and told me how best to have my hair to do what I want with it. Recommended treatment I could use to take the frizz out of my hair (the frizz is a biiig problem!!).
Altogether fantastic experience, recommend. Have me gorgeous, bouncy curls.

This shop I have to say, I bloody dam love it no matter wot Shape I go in I always come out beaming, always happy smiling, singing its just amazing place to sit and be pampered I love you all, keep doing the amazing work you do as I will always recommend to anyone 5***** all the way, staff are fantastic always there to help in any which way they can or even go out of there way to help. 😃 👍 emzy
