It was my first time at The Colour Lounge (Swansea) and the staff made me feel so welcome. I haven’t had a haircut in over 2 years so I was really shy and nervous but everyone went out of their way to make me feel at ease. Sara listened to exactly what I wanted and I absolutely love my new cut! Such amazing customer service and she really knew what she was doing. Thank you so much! I will definitely be booking with you again! 😊

Prepaid to get an ombré, however due to the stylist rushing to leave I only had a couple highlights on top of my old ombré. Just felt like I didn’t even get my hair done because most of it was the old lightened hair which dull and grown out. Really disappointed experience, expected more going off the reviews!

The best colour I’ve ever had! I’ve had so many compliments since having it done I’m over the moon! Lywis listened to what I wanted and discussed my treatment at length with me before starting; he was very knowledgable. Absolutely amazing atmosphere, all the staff were fantastic, welcoming and great coffee 😁 Can’t wait for my next visit!!

Amazing. A great welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Benjamin worked with professionalism and thoroughness. He listened to my requests for changes to my style. As a result I’m super pleased with my hairstyle and cut. I recommend this salon and hairstylist 100%.
