Always a warm welcome. Chat's, laughs as well as hair getting sorted.
I love how everything is explained in detail as part of the process. You aren't just a bystander in your own haircut/colour that can happen in so many other salons. Here you are fully involved and leave not just with fabulous hair but also knowledge of the entire process and how to properly care for your hair.
