I walked in to the salon over a week ago . As my ends had really bad build up , benjamin was quick to help with ideas as I wanted the ombré look but didn’t know if it was possible. He did a strand test and a patch test pretty much straight away and by Valentine’s Day I was back for him to work his magic! My hair looks so much healthier and so much better thank you 😊

Offered tea or coffee as soon as I got there (I was early, but it worked out because Lywis was ready early too). Staff really friendly, thorough, explained every step to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and told me how best to have my hair to do what I want with it. Recommended treatment I could use to take the frizz out of my hair (the frizz is a biiig problem!!).
Altogether fantastic experience, recommend. Have me gorgeous, bouncy curls.
