It was my first time ever having a professional hair appointment and the team were amazing. Educated me on my hair. The atmosphere was great. Teas and coffee were being served and most of all I loved my hair at the end.

Seeing as I’ve not had my hair done in 6 years and suffer with anxiety he talked it through with me the whole time making me feel so at ease gave me tips I can use at home what tools and products was so happy with the whole time xx

My forehead is giving me unwanted bumps and burn feeling since the wax and sara didnt knew what is half arms wax she kept on asking is this clean is this ok? Where as my hands aren’t perfectly waxed and i have hairs here and there. Unsatisfied experience and would not recommend next time at all
