Went from near black to my natural auburn colour, Jade, Emma and Lauren were great, the first salon to actually teach me what products to use and why my hair was so tuggy! They were so understanding after I missed my first appointment in the morning due to work and booked me in 2 hours later. My hair looks amazing as if it's never been dyed and it's so glossy and the closet I've ever gotten to my natural colour. Thanks so much! This is my permanent hairdressers from now on!

Jade is always organised with very little waiting time. Staff are all pleasant and welcoming ts lovely to relax knowing my hair is in safe and knowledgeable hands. Always a pleasant experience at jades
