This was my third time at the salon. Their work is good, but I found the prices unclear this time. I had to wait for a specific technician to add a nail to my big toe because the first one didn’t do it as good.
I also asked them to cancel my other appointment since I had nails and toes done on the same day, but they didn't cancel it and marked me as a no-show. When I called them they said “that’s ok” they hung up the phone and never called me back.
Very poor customer service.
