I generally really like my experience at Cloud nails, but this time I gave the technician a design which she was struggling with. I wish she had told me nearer the beginning that it was out of her abilities as a lot of time was wasted and I had to end up getting plain colour on most of my fingers. She was somewhat apologetic.Her cleaning my cuticles hurt a lot and left most of my nail beds bleeding. I will come back to the salon but will request another technician as they are usually very good.
