So disappointing
I love this salon! The team is wonderful and even on this occasion the nail tech was so kind
But when she took over the work of somebody else I specifically asked not to cut shorter or shape more because I was so happy with the shape at that point. I had spent two months growing my nails with BIAB at this salon.
It was done short and into squares and then I asked to file very slightly to bring back into ballerina shape and then left with coffin but two months of growth are gone

This is the first nail salon I have been to that I get what I asked for with my design.
I have been traveling from Aylesbury to get my nails done here as they have impressed me every time!
The last set of gels lasted 5weeks without peeling!! Obviously not ideal to go so long but I was soo impressed that the design didn't fade or chip/peel off.
Definitely worth the travel and visit 🫶🏼🙌

I got catseye gel polish on my natural nail but unfortunately the manicure didn’t even last a full day before I started having problems. Either the polish was applied too thick or wasn’t cured for long enough because on most of my nails the top layer has peeled off and there had still been uncured/wet polish underneath. Really disappointing since I paid £50+ for this manicure
