Too crowded, too small, no robes available for us, asked 3 times to focus on my lower back during massage but barely touched it, mostly spicy indian sandwiches at tea (not my taste), choccolate brownie tasted of old oil.
Nice scones with cream and jam at tea, they gave me an hairdryer on request.
Overall it was an ok experience. I would have felt more comfortable if the masseuse wore a mask while conducting the massage.
The corridor downstairs smelt musky and the jacuzzi had some hair in it from previous use.
Overall was a nice spa experience, jacuzzi and steam room were both relaxing and the massage was good. Downside was the Spa area was really small and not enough changing rooms. Disappointed with not being provided with bathrobes and afternoon tea was OK, have had better!
Lovely experience. Facilities are a bit small and the turnaround of people were quite close to one another, in Covid times it's a bit much having two sets of people totalling to around 7 people in such a small place. As groups of people were overlapping it can be a lot to deal with knowing that we're still in the middle of a pandemic. Other than this I really enjoyed the experience of the massage and afternoon tea.
