Treatment by Single Room
The staff were super nice at the hotel, could not fault them at all. It's just the facilities were not as high of a standard. The 'spa' area which is very small was a bit run down and the room was right next to the jaccuzi and sauna which means you can hear the loud jet bubbles and people talking - which didn't lead to a full relaxation experience. Massage started 5 mins late, ended 5 mins early, with a 5 min interruption in the middle of it, so was more like a 45 min massage instead of 60.

The hotel and spa were very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The reason why I gave this rating is because the afternoon tea was nice but there wasn’t a great selection of drinks to choose from (barista service) and the spa was fairly small in size, most of the tiles had worn away and the bottom of the jacuzzi was loose. I was very much grateful though and have no complaints but I think it’s important to be honest in order for the standards to meet expectations. However, the spa therapists were amazing and my partner was so happy with her treatment!
