So I booked this for my boyfriends birthday. We had afternoon tea which wasn’t amazing, it was just ok. The staff in the restaurant were very nice and friendly. Then we went down into the spa which is on the basement floor. It was cramped and run down looking and the basement floor smelt like mildew. We were shown into the spa, which I wouldn’t call a spa. It was a really small space with a jacuzzi and a sauna. Tiny changing rooms and lockers. An ok experience but I would not book again.

The hotel was in a good location close to Paddington Tube Station.
All the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and we were provided with water immediately.
The Spa area was quite small however the other clients were friendly and considerate.
The Swedish massage was excellent. My therapist Sobrina was professional and skillful. I still feel the positive effects two days later.
The Indian tea (that day's selection ) was really tasty and plenty of it.

Lovely but the place is very small so I would recommend going at off peak hours in particular
