The treatment was very good but we only got 45 mins instead of the one hour promised in the package. The spa receiving area is ver small with only two tiny locker cubicles and with 6 people arriving and leaving + the staff, was a bit crowded and impersonal.
The “sparkling” afternoon tea was awful, sandwiches were dry and unappetising cakes were 4 minutes pieces of old cakes, for 2 people.
I would go for the treatment again but Not the afternoon tea!

It was a shame to arrive and find that the hotel were not doing the a la carte menu as promised online but rather a standard hotel buffet, but staff did their best to accommodate us & make the breakfast special.
The massage was fantastic. The spa area was small, but the spa staff were absolutely lovely, professional & made the whole experience incredible.

Friendly, welcoming staff really made the difference. The room was a decent size, clean and the bed was quite comfortable a little on the firm side for me but good for most people. The massage was amazing but the spa was a little small. My only gripe was the hotel was too warm although there was very good air conditioning in the room.

Good selection of stuff on breakfast menu.
