Overall I had a nice time and the massage was great. However I didn’t find the facilities very clean. There was a damp/musty smell in the spa area and the shower/toilet also smelt bad. There was also only a single shower room for all of the guests to use which wasn’t ideal.
The treatment room was nice and clean but the music wasn’t working which would have added to the experience.

Really fab massage and facial. Justina was a lovely hostess. Maybe a little more room in the double room would be good and was hoping for a sauna. Otherwise, lovely experience. Thank you

They said come 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork yet kept us waiting for ages. Tiny 'Spa' crowded with people in between treatments. Got told 'don't worry they are going for treatment it will just be you two' . The 'spa' was a tiny hot tub that was falling apart, foot got caught on plastic cover had to throw it aside? Two others came to use tiny hot tub so we got out and stood to the side for ages waiting for massage. Lady scratched me to death with her long nails during massage. Painful!!!

It was going well up until the staff told us our massage had to be cut to 30 mins due to staff sickness. I know it’s nobody’s fault but we travelled a long way to get there.
