We were able to rebook as the original booking was due during Covid. A lovely jacuzzi and steam room although slightly disappointed there was no pool which was advertised. When asked this was at a ‘sister hotel’. For the time we were there the small group I was part of had the run of the jacuzzi and steam room, all our therapists were brilliant and took great care understanding any particular needs. My mum has issues with her osteoporosis and her therapist was brilliant.
Treatment was lovely but spa facilities are small and lacking. Very small spa with jacuzzi and sauna room and can get busy and crowded - only 2 small changing cubicles

I took my sister to the spa at The Chilworth Hotel, it was absolutely amazing! We had the best time! The spa was so beautiful and clean, the facilities were amazing, our deep tissue massages were incredible and the afternoon tea was so amazing also! The service was absolutely top tier, I’d recommend it to anyone!

Massage was absolutely amazing!!!! Therapists were really calm, relaxed and so friendly. Lovely atmosphere in the room and the massage was honestly just so wonderful, didn’t want to leave!!

cramped environment, disappointing spa one shower with only one bath, relaxing massage, friendly and professional girls, too bad we started the massage 20 minutes late which did not make us recover. On leaving we told the delay to a woman of the staff who cared very little. I would not stay there again quality / price does not match (I am referring only to the spa not to the rooms or the service of the whole hotel)
