The massage itself and the afternoon tea were fabulous. My only complaint would be that, the hotel made an error with my booking (date had changed for some reason) and when I tried to call the Spa it was terrible, I could not get through, the line would just ring out. I also emailed but it took forever for someone to get back to me. They eventually sorted out the booking. Once in the Spa, the steam/sauna room was not available, 1 changing room for ladies (very small) and no keys for the locker.

The experience was okay but we expected it to be better. The place most definitely felt more like a 3 star than a 4 star hotel spa. The facilities were a little run down and the space was small. Overall, we enjoyed our time there- there was only a tiny overlap of people using the spa so mostly had the space for ourselves and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
