Spa area was very tired, needs a complete refurb, small pool area, changing area very small,not quite as expected, shame as was a birthday gift. Afternoon tea at hotel was below expectations

Really lovely spa experience afternoon. The massage was lovely and the therapists really nice and friendly . Steam room wasn’t working which was a shame. Afternoon tea was lovely.

The aromatherapy session was very soothing and relaxing and I enjoyed the session.

Booked for my daughther's birthday for 1 hour spa which the sauna was the main feature. On arrival the receptionist said that the sauna was not working. I was not happy because the sauna one of the main features for purchasing the deal. Spoke with the Manager who was not helpful and I explained they should notify client by email earlier so I could decide if I wanted to cancel and redeem for another hotel all she wanted to offer was a free cocktail. Not professional at all. Daughter not happy
