Very comfortable room, well equipped with all you need and lots of free items as part of the minibar/welcome fruit, chocs and prosecco. Accommodating, friendly staff! We had a lovely time.
The only downside was that our allocated slot for our massage was 3pm and with only being able to check in at 2pm, by the time we got to the SPA it was 230 so didn't have much time in the Jacuzzi. Also we were really looking forward to the steam room.which was out of order.

I've been trying to contact the spa since leaving. The staff could not care less. The spa is exceptionally NOT covid safe. We booked in a time slot to enjoy the spa which was a very small area and had to shate it with two others. It was not big enough at all. Two tiny cubicles to change. Lockers that don't lock. No air. At one point there were 8 people in this tiny area all having to constantly move out the way of each other. No where to sit. Only one shower. Overall the spa area should be shut down
