I was really excited for my overnight spa stay experience however the booking experience was awful and took so long to remedy. Even at check-out they hadn't fixed their issues and wanted to charge us more.
The spa itself was cute in decor but very small - could only have 2 people at a time in the jacuzzi. I was not informed the steam room is out of order which is a shame as the 'spa experience' just felt very below average and had I known I would have looked elsewhere

The spa was really nice and the treatment was exceptional. This was a gift booked by my Sister and we had an amazing day. All there staff are friendly and courteous. The therapists were welcoming and really made us feel at ease and made the whole experience special. The massage I received was the best I have ever had and so I will definitely be coming back.

Terrible weekend. I'm not sure what the 5 stars are for ? Room was ok at best, the staff seem to be very dismissive and our spa treatment was cancelled last minute due to covid (which I can appreciate is difficult), but told us to wait in our room for a call and we never received it. Was given a complimentary afternoon tea which comprised of some hummus in white bread, no pot of tea, judt a cup and sugary nonsense. Really disappointed, ruined a weekend getaway.

Booked a package for myself and my mum, the therapist doing my mums was FAB! She was welcoming and the massage was amazing however the therapist doing my massage felt rushed and the pressure was too deep. She repeatedly stopped and walked off and i am sure she was on her phone in the treatment. she finished my treatment suddenly 10 mins early, while my mum had a lovely face massage. As a therapist myself, i am very disappointed. We also weren’t offered tea that was included in the package booked
