The body massage and facial excellent.....the jacuzzi good....sauna out of order, afternoon tea.....bland, sandwiches all tasted the same soft feeling, not much variety, scones? Fell into crumbs
Treatment by Double Room
I waited 10 mins to be served. I had to go get hotel reception to call spa reception. The spa pool was tiny and the edges covered in mould. No towels. They ran 35 mins late. No covid protocols followed. Not worth the spend at all. No tea and winter warmer as offered. I got 1 glass prosecco to try keep me happy for waiting. No chill area. My therapist was execllent and friendly.

The treatment and therapist was the highlight - perfect, no complaints.
Room there was a few bits of dirt and unclean surfaces, there was lack of shower gel, there was only shampoo to wash yourself in.The room had this constant hissing noise from the ceiling which got louder and ruined our sleep.As part of my package they said there would be a nutrient booster at breakfast- this did not exist and no help from the staff they didnt have a clue. Steam room shut despite asking twice
