We returned to the Chillworth as we enjoyed our first experience so much. This time unfortunately we were disappointed by a few things.
The cleanliness of the spa facilities was poor - with dirt floating around the jacuzzi and tissue spread across the spa floor. The sauna was also out of action, which we had not been informed about.
Our room (103) was very cold, with a strong draft coming through the windows. We had had the room heating on full, and still we were cold.
Lovely hotel and staff were really reassuring.
