Massage was great but there was no steam room and the afternoon tea was a real let down, we’ve had it twice before and it was so much better. They’ve offered us a return trip so I’ll take them up on it to see if they redeem themselves

The overall experience was bad due to the the arrangement as we where not informed about the out of order, there we could not excess the full spa.
And the afternoon teas was miss sold the pictures on the advertised where totally different to what we received and also there was thing missing from the offered menu on the day when we where served the tea.

Had a lovely spa experience shared with my daughter. We both enjoyed it. The only negative was changing and showering facilities were not great.

This was a birthday treat for my partner and not cheap so expected a really great couple of days. Started off well, the team knew it was his birthday and said happy birthday on greeting us.. the massage was amazing,, he was soo happy and impressed. DOWNHILL from there.. forced to pay for meals although paid the full inclusive option, wrong orders, food sent on one plate.. ALARM going off for nearly two hours in the night before they reluctantly moved us! no sleep, awful stay!

Massage was amazing, my therapist knew how I wanted it and checked if I was OK with the pressure. Chilworth only has a jacuzzi send steam room, quite small, unfortunately when I got there the steam room was not working
