Justina at reception was very lovely and welcoming. Magdalena the masseuse was very professional and gave me a great massage.

I am not sure whether an old and mildew-y small jacuzzi in a basement qualifies as a luxury spa (or not even a luxury one, just ANY really). The facilities were appalling: tiny shared changing room/locker room, steam room out of order, no area to leave shoes, no robes provided… Nowhere to take a shower in private before leaving, nice massage and lovely therapists but extremely cold room. I would not recommend this place to anyone, sorry.
