Our couples treatment was well organised, there were other people having treatments and in the spa but we never crossed over, meaning we got a full hour in the jacuzzi and relaxation area to ourselves before our couples Swedish massage. Our massages were great and perfectly synchronised, they asked us multiple times if the pressure was ok and made our visit enjoyable from start to finish. They really care about your experience and make you feel relaxed. Thank you.

Terrible communication on the email. Made a lot of varied reason why I can’t get the appointment booked. Just poor communication with the reception, in fact there is three of them, it’s so obviously that they don’t cooperate together professionally. Mixing message and end up I didn’t went at all. My friend and I was disappointed. So they offer me 10% discount for the next visit.

Booked the deal for an hour in the spa, a double massage and afternoon tea for £150. Really fantastic deal, the spa was mostly empty, the massages were lovely, and tea was tasty. All staff were welcoming and attentive. It’s a boutique spa so a bit cramped compared to fancier alternatives, but with a deal like this you can’t go wrong.

Lovely welcome
Excellent Spa - shame sauna wasn’t working but jacuzzi was amazing. Afternoon tea was a nice round off but the double room massage is a lovely touch to an all day experience
Therapists were attentive and kind and experienced. Partner even fell asleep!
