The spa is nice, but the lack of adequate changing facilities makes it quite shambolic and unrelaxing.
We were supposed to have treatments at the same time. My wife was collected & I was not. The staff vanished and I sat for 25 minutes wondering what was going on. Then they tried to cancel my treatment.
Afternoon tea was dreadful. Forgot my child’s dairy allergy. Tried to give her fruit salad instead!? Bread dry. Management refused to come down & refund me. Ignoring my emails. Still no refund

nice location, massage was great however we were informed the night before our visit that the spa was out of use and we could not use the jacuzzi. As the reason we even booked this place was for a spa break this was not appreciated and the communication was not great even when we got there regarding the spa use. We also had to wait on arrival for our room to be prepared.

Bit tatty, masseuse great, greeter lady rude. Suggests those arriving are tired and unwell. She really needs to understand my her purpose in being a greeter.

Overall experience was poor, spa extremely small and very dirty! Steam room full of hair and sticky! Mould in the tiles. Afternoon team was small and very average. The only good thing about the day was the massage, therapist was very skilled and massage was amazing, sadly spoiled by disgusting spa

This was booked by my daughters as a Christmas present venue was nice the spa experience was ok we tried the steam room which was lovely didn’t get into the jacuzzi as it was busy but we were offered an hour at another time which we declined due to work etc the massage was lovely and the lunch was really nice altogether a great experience I would recommend
