The hotel was clean and staff are very proffedional and friendly.
Sound proofing was an issue. I could hear ppl above me and in the corridor. There was also a low humming sound that I couldn't locate.
The food was awful! I ordered fish and chips and it wasn't like a traditional fish n chips it was like a school/ cafeteria version. Very cheap ingredients used!
I ordered breakfast and it was STONE COLD. I had to ring the restaurant to order a new breakfast, which they did sort.

This package was misleading. The spa facilities are a joke and should be considered a health hazard how dirty it was.
We booked a couples massage and had to ask to have a double room or my partner would just be sat in the filthy spa whilst we alternate.
The hotel should definitely not be considered 4 star.

The customer service was great, the environment was clean, the staffs are polite and they know what to do and the therapist was amazing.

The venue was very nice.
The steam room and jacuzzi were great. If there was a sauna that would have been great but unfortunately there was not enough space for one.
That said, myself and my daughter would return for further treatements in the future.
