Had a good time at spa but before initially booking I called to check they offered pregnancy massage they said they did we will get 30min facial and 30min massage.The day before informed us there was no beautician working so we could not have facial just massage but by then too late to cancel. The therapist were running behind and no one came to tell us. We booked for a 1 hour treatment but only received 45minutes which was annoying but the massage was really nice

Nice, cosy hotel. Service needs big improvement. Not a four star hotel service. The Swedish massage was excellent. Dinner, very average. Main portions are tiny.

Not only was this good value for money compared to other spa days on offer, the massage treatment was superb and I felt like I was walking on air. I went with a friend and this was the perfect way to relax and share quality time.

Very good environment, exceptional massage, nice afternoon tea food. Does not have a pool but has a pretty good jacuzzi.
