I selected the Chilworth hotel due to its proximity to Paddington Station, and will return because of the level of hospitality, the cleanliness of the room, and the tastiness of the food. I looked forward to breakfast every day.
Everyone I encountered was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. My room was very clean, with modern amenities in the bedroom and bathroom. It was also incredibly quiet: I never heard a sound from another room during my entire five-night stay.
Excellent all around.

The spa was actually quite small, and steam was out of order plus myself and my friends were given a day's notice informing us that our massages and spa use would now be a different times instead of all together as previously planned. Despite these mishaps the actual stone massage was amazing and the therapist was brilliant. We also had afternoon tea and again this was lovely however towards the end we spotted a mouse run across the floor which was another let down for us.
