I booked the hot stone massage and got a massage.
The booking isn’t clear that you don’t get to use any of the other spa facilities and that would cost an extra £30 each.
The afternoon tea was poor, the bread was stale.

From the receptionist of the spa to the massages and tea time the entire staff was amazing. Left feeling relaxed and welling rejuvenated. Best massage I've had in years will definitely be back for another once I'm in London

The spa facilities were small and needed some work. There were two random signs warning not to sit in certain places in the jacuzzi but this was not explained to us by staff. My partner ended up leaning against a suction jet with no cover on which pulled his skin and left a red circle. Not very safe if someones hair or bikini got caught.
The massage was okay but felt a little rushed and was not evenly spread across all parts of the body.
