The spa was amazing, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The whole experience was very relaxing. The massage was one of the best I have had and felt very refreshed after! I will definitely be coming back. Thank you again!

Spa only has a sauna and jacuzzi only which can be used for 1 hour. Small locker room and one toilet to share. Very small space. No pool

I had a wonderful massage and enjoyed solo use of the spa facilities. My room was upgraded and very comfortable, very nice selection of complimentary toiletries.
Hotel us close to Paddington d station for easy access around London.
