The massage was good although letdown by the premises better off as just a hotel experience.

Very clean, relaxed place. Even though it’s a small area next to the hotel rooms, still works. Almost like you are travelling and went to the spa. Went there twice for massage, both times very good. Pool and sauna are spacious, clean. I took a shower there and they’ve got really good shampoo.

Venue great and customer care excellent. The massage bed needs to be replaced very badlu worn torn uncomfortable and needs replacement. Massage was light touch and zi was not asked what pressure was good for me. Afternoon tea basic and not great quality sandwiches but coffee was good. Jacuzzi was great having the space for doke use was very relaxing.

Felt very rushed when we arrived. Locker area very small- only get one person in there at a time.
Halfway through massage the fire alarm went off and we had to listen to it for at least 3-4 minutes before it stopped. Spoilt the relation session totally. Not very happy at all. No apologies or explanation from staff at all.
