Team were amazing, although my massage was cancelled I was still able to use the spa facility and they upgraded my room

Overall, we were disappointed with our spa package. I paid for a 1 hour Swedish massage and afternoon tea as a present for my mum. Although the massage therapists were incredibly talented and gave us a relaxing massage, our massage was only 40 mins as they arrived late. I wasn’t able to return to the spa to shower after our afternoon tea as our ‘spa access was over’, and had to apply my makeup in the women’s toilets. My mum’s food was stale, and the small spa area was grubby and felt unclean.

Really great experience, I would recommend it to anyone. The reason I didn’t give a 5 star at the beginning of the survey was because we waited really long time for a smoothie at the end. The staff gave a free coffee tho plus the smoothies. Apart this, really well done.
