The facilities are simple yet great value for money. The staff are attentive and professional. We had use of the spa facilities to ourselves and then had massages in an adjoining room. The service is very good

Treatments and spa we enjoyed - staff were really helpful and attentive. However no availability of robes even though we were happy to pay as per the details in the booking - reason we were given was that "housekeeping had just be done".
Then the afternoon tea. My wife's dietary requirements weren't considered (even though we e-mailed ahead) and we had to request alternatives rather than they be offered. And we weren't given our glass of bubbly either.
Overall - a good, not great, experience
