We had a lovely time at the hotel when we visited for our anniversary celebration. The spa treatment was spot on, and the afternoon tea was excellent. The staff went above and beyond (especially the gentleman at the bar who served us our afternoon tea). The only disappointment was that the spa area was really small and due to there being only one treatment room we couldn't have our massage at the same time which is what we would have preferred. Altogether a really good experience though!

What A Treat! I booked the Spa day with Afternoon tea for my friends birthday. The Spa was very good in organising everything including the massage times etc. They have been very good in communicating especially as we had to reschedule it due to some unforeseen circumstances. When the day came, we were just amazed on how friendly and accommodating the staff are as soon as we enter the hotel’s reception. The Spa (including the jacuzzi, mini gym and steam room) was small but very clean. The 60 min massage was very relaxing.The masseuse was very friendly and quite trained to do the job. The Afternoon Tea was the highlight as it was very delicious and they even gave us special treats like Prosecco and a birthday cupcake for my friend. Service was impeccably excellent. The price we had to pay was very worth it. I will definitely recommend this to anyone.

Lovely spa and afternoon tea experience. The spa is VERY small. Very, very small. There's one hot tub/Jacuzzi and a steam room. This is ok if there's only you and one other but when more people started arriving it got a little awkward and you feel like you're invading others space. The lady in the spa is absolutely delightful and I had a great hot stone massage. The afternoon tea was great and very delicious. The staff were so warm and friendly and we didn't feel rished at all. I would go back for the afternoon tea, but I prefer a larger spa with a sauna and relaxation room. Overall great relaxing experience.
