Loved the massage! And loved the services and facitilies provided. Would definitely recommend as it was well hygienic and maintained.
The staff were very friendly and bubbly. I loved the customer service but the size of the facilities were a surprise (smaller than I expected) and therefore I felt like I didn’t get complete value for money.
My massage was great however my son ‘s massage therapist was not welcoming and was taking breaks to go on her phone, hence the low score
Staff were really friendly and kind! Massage wasn’t the best I’ve had. Having a full body massage I didn’t get my feet, hands and face massaged. It was a bit chaotic movements all the way through it. Massage therapist kept breaking contact all through the treatment and I felt like it took away my massage time..it was nice to have a jacuzzi and steam room to relax after!
I was very disappointed with my spa experience. To call this location a 'spa', is an overstatement. The jacuzzi is small even for two people, and there is a steam room, which was very much in need of redecoration. That's it. There was only one changing room and one treatment room, which, when you go as a pair, becomes very inconvenient. My massage was fine, apart from the walls were so thin I could hear other spa goers shouting in the jacuzzi the whole time... (yes, there was four of us crammed in the tiny jacuzzi at one point!) and not only this, my masseuse had such long nails I came out with scratch marks all over my shoulders. Not relaxing. The only saving grace of the day was the Indian afternoon tea, which I could find no fault.
