It is a very small spa so one star deducted for that reason but it is extremely clean and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend booking because you do not miss out on quality.
I came with 2 other friends and we were looked after well. The massage was really good and left me feeling totally relaxed.

The spa reception was in the same room as the jacuzzi which was very disruptive and not relaxing at all. The locker/changing room was a small cupboard meaning only one Person could use it at a time. There was also only one shower room.
The massage was fine but the therapist kept talking throughout which again was not very relaxing. Also disputed reconfirming twice for a hot stone massage the spa had me down for a swedish massage and were not prepared for a hot stone.
Afternoon tea was a positive however.
