It was a very nice spa. As it is part of an inner city hotel, the space is limited, but I went for the massage which was amazing.

I had a 60 minute swedish massage which was glorious. I was met and treated respectfully and politely. I even spent way too much time in the changing room afterwards and even then I wasn't rushed or spoken to out of turn which I thought was fantastic, The only thing was that the only facilities was a jacuzzi and steam room, I did expect there to be more. But overall I loved the experience and will definitely go again.

Would like to start with the staff are exceptional. But the ambience is awful. A hot tub by the reception sat In front of the receptionist, a tiny steam room and that’s it! Changing rooms are dirty and have lots of cobwebs and hair in the corners. When having a massage you could hear conversations and the toilet next door flushing. This made the massage feel awkward and not relaxing
