The ceiling was leaking from 3-4 places even though it was lower ground floor. which made a conjusted place even more conjusted. It wouldn’t fit more than 5 people. I was expecting a swimming pool and a sauna under “spa facilities which were not there. I didn’t find the experience upto my expectations. I would expect more for what i have paid and I have had much better. The maseuse was very good, friendly and gave an amazinga massage.
Great place with great staff. Unfortunately it's very very small, but we had a lovely, relaxing time and the afternoon tea was delicious.

The massage was lovely and the staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful, and it was perfectly clean. I did find that the location was very small, and you would sometimes have to wait your turn to use the changing and shower/toilet facilities. There also wasn't much to the spa/"fitness" area that we had 2 hours access to - only a sauna and a hot tub which we used for about 30 mins max in total. The hot tub had a slight chemical/medicinal smell to it which made it a bit less pleasant.

I chose this spa day as a birthday treat to myself. I love hot stone massages and wanted to use sit and relax and have a soak in a hot tub.
My treatment started about 10 mins late, and I had emailed in advance to have a hot stone massage- when I walked into the treatment room they told me there was no hot stones available.
The hot tub is also in the reception area meaning I was soaking while the receptionist unpacked deliveries/chatted on the phone right next to me.
I would not recommend.
