Whilst the massage itself was very good and the therapist was good too. This wasn't a Spa Day (but advertised as such) more like a couple of hours. We arrived at 11am and including our Afternoon Tea we were done by 2.30pm. Due to Covid- restrictions only the Jacuzzi was open which was really nice but in a small area so only 2 or 3 of you could be in their. After our massage we barely had to change etc. etc. before the next 2 people where coming and waiting to get changed - not good
I don't know where to start, they kept rushing us and not allowing us to usr the jacuzzi, then the massage was really really light, my mom could have done, and they didn't even ask how was the pressure. The jacuzzi felt like swimming in chlorine ibstead of water, then the dinner was terrible as well. I ordered a caramelised pineapple and I got a coconut cream, when I complained they said that was mixed, was clearly not and then they brought the same with 2 pieces of pineapple on top. It was ridiculous
The massage therapists are outstanding! Really incredible massage. Everything about our visit was amazing the lovely receptionist Sabrina made sure we coikd re shedule our booking the afternoon tea was divine they even changed the sandwiches for us as we don't eat any fish.
I highly reccomend Chilworth.
The spa was limited to 1hr due to covid however I do understand the predicament I was left till I contacted the spa (number of times) to find this out the day before arriving. They have allowed us to attend another day to make up for the lost time& the only facility i could use was the hot tub. Although I think it was clean, the hot tub was very foamy & smelt of chlorine. I had to ask the staff for the string to our robes and there was no hair dryer facility despite asking.
