No communication between departments which lead to us not being able to have our treatments at all when one simple phone call could have sorted it.
Spa jacuzzi looked scummy and green around the edge and sausages were raw in the middle at breakfast.
Really would not recommend this hotel/spa

It was an amazing experience overall, the spa ladies were very professional, pleasant and skilled
However the breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, long time to be greeted and acknowledged, service was very slow, and we ordered a continental breakfast, half of it was served.
We enjoyed the spa area, especially the jacuzzi and massage !

The hotel itself was lovely! The afternoon tea was delicious and was a bit different to what you normally get which was fab. The staff were all friendly, very helpful and professional. Hotel was super clean and really COVID safe. The spa itself wasn’t the best, there was one small jacuzzi and a steam room that wasn’t working (unsure whether this is due to COVID) so would be disappointed if I had only gone to use the spa facilities. However, the Swedish massage was amazing and would recommend.
