Great hotel in a great location in Paddington with car parking. Easy walk to Hyde park, the tube station, restaurants and bars.
Staff across the whole hotel were friendly, helpful and attentive.
Stayed in a cosy double which was cosy, but ideal for a base whilst I was out and about.
Spa consists of a jacuzzi and treatments. Treatment was ok, but not quite as long as it should have but the manager was extremely helpful in resolving the issue.
Will be back next time I am in London.

We had a fantastic experience- afternoon tea for 2 and Swedish massages (13 September). Our masseuses were great and our waitress Elena was so lovely and made our afternoon even more special.
This was a great gift from a friend and if highly recommend- only point of feedback would be hottub could have been a bit hotter but that’s so minor it shows how fabulous everything else was, especially at this difficult time. Thank you!

We booked a couples session we had the place to our self. they had very good hygiene in regards to covid they offer hand sanitizers masks gloves and many other things staff explain everything very well. The treatment we had was amazing pain was gone and the afternoon tea was just what we needed
