On gaining the key to the room and opening the door we we surprised to see a half naked coupke on the bed. The room was double booked. The reception took too long to offer us an alternative room. This made us late for our Spa treatment and thus we lost time which we had already paid for in advance.The room was too small. The double bed was a large single bed. It was too small for 2 people. The room had dirty socks on the floor. There was banging throghout the night. Worse night sleep in ages.

The treatment was alright but not worth the price I paid. The therapist weren’t very professional, they didn’t welcome us or introduce themselves by name. The spa facilities are very limited with only a small jacuzzi which looks bigger in the photos and isn’t particularly private and a steam room. When we arrived to use the jacuzzi there was a man in it which was very off putting as it’s a small jacuzzi. We weren’t offered slippers or (to buy) a robe which was part of the package I paid for.

Lovely but a bit over priced. For the money you would expect a bit more finesse. No vegetarian breakfast options or any menu options for that matter.
