From the moment I entered the salon Rachel made me feel welcome. We discussed my own thoughts on how I wanted my hair and with her recommendations the outcome was just what I wanted.
Rachel is a very experienced hairdresser who always listens first and then discussions follow. This is so important that the client is 'heard'. I fully recommend Rachel.
